Can L-tryptophan, Neospasmina Extra and Lavistina be used at the same time?

Can Neospasmin Extra and L-Tryptophan be used simultaneously to calm and improve mood with OCD? Can I take these medications/supplements at the same time as Lavistina?

Thank you for your reply. I ask in order to calm down between visits, for now I am waiting for a second consultation with a psychologist for further diagnosis and determination of treatment methods. Because the symptoms intensified after a difficult event for me, I am looking for some "home" ways to maintain relative emotional balance before the doctor decides whether to introduce pharmacological treatment. The article has long been read, but thank you for the tip :) Best regards

To date, no interactions have been demonstrated between valerian root extract and lemon balm contained in Neospasmina Extra, L-tryptophan and betahistine contained in Lavistina. There are no contraindications to the simultaneous use of these preparations. However, you should be aware that patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) require pharmacotherapy under the supervision of a psychiatrist. The use of over-the-counter preparations, such as Neospasmina Extra or dietary supplements with L-tryprophane, cannot replace therapy with drugs recommended in the disease entity (m.in. antidepressants from the SSRI group).
