Can I be pregnant if I had intercourse 2 days ago and I am using an antibiotic from today?
Good morning, I had sexual intercourse 2 days ago, vibin combined contraceptive pills take every day at about a fixed time. Unfortunately, today I had to start taking an antibiotic. Can I have concerns about pregnancy?

In the event that intercourse occurred before the start of taking the antibiotic, and therefore before the risk of the occurrence of a reduced effect of Vibin tablets, there is no reason to worry. However, it should be remembered that an additional contraceptive method, e.g. a condom, should be used throughout the course of antibiotic therapy and up to 7 days after its completion.
