Good morning, I have been taking Slinda tablets for 4 days. This morning, while climbing the stairs, I got shortness of breath, which may persist until now due to stress (4:40 p.m.). I wanted to ask, can shortness of breath be caused by pills? If so, is it a contraindication to stop taking them?

Yes, that can really lead to that. I've just done it myself. Had 2 weeks of external shortness of breath.
Whether running, talking, climbing stairs was a torture.
Went to the doctor and he said it would come from my back pain. I was always under stress internally due to it, palpitations and still felt very restless despite rest. It had become so bad that I went to the emergency call. You will be asked what kind of medication you take, blood count done. Liver values and thyroid gland increased and my blood pressure was always below 100 and pulse usually above 100.
And then came the banger. Little slinda has caused all this in me. After the immediate discontinuation, it got better from day to day.
Has it gone away again? Have the same problem

The use of single-component contraceptive pills such as Slinda should not increase the risk of thrombotic disease, unless the patient has, for example, a genetic tendency to develop this disease (the risk has been described in medical materials as insignificant or statistically insignificant). Of course, all disturbing situations require medical control. Shortness of breath can also be caused by a stressful event. If the symptoms do not go away, it will be advisable to contact a doctor.
