Validol should be taken according to the dosage contained in the leaflet of the preparation: 1 lozenge 3 times a day. It is true that in the Summary of Product Characteristics there is no information about overdose of the preparation, but its excessive consumption could result in a sedative effect, for this reason I recommend following the guidelines in the leaflet.
