I take Letrox and Mesopral on an empty stomach for 1 tablet and Prokit 3×1 and I got from a psychiatrist Paroxinor 1/4 tabl for a week then increase and Propranolol 3×1 by 8-14-20 and at night Hydroxyzinum syrup 5-10 ml. Can I take these drugs together Paroxinor and Propranolol and Prokit together? Or separately? How to reconcile Letrox with Mesopral on an empty stomach, what time breaks to use? Does Hydroxyzinum syrup react with Propranolol? What time range to keep between them?

All the drugs mentioned by you can be used in one therapy. In the morning, on an empty stomach, we use Letrox and Mesopral. With these two preparations, there is a possibility of interaction - Mesopral can weaken the absorption of Letrox. However, studies on this combination have not shown that the increased time interval between their intake is important for the body. Therefore, it is enough to keep a 15-minute interval between their reception (First Letrox, then Mesopral). We always use Procit before a meal. Ideally, it should be possible to take the tablet at least 15 minutes before eating. Paroxinor is best taken with food. It can be breakfast, lunch - as you are more comfortable. It is important to always take the tablet at a more or less fixed time. Propranolol can be taken with food, can be taken together with paroxinor. An interaction is possible between these drugs, but it occurs at the cellular level - i.e. taking at the same time does not affect its occurrence. Disturbing signs of interaction include m.in bradycardia (heart rate below 50 beats per minute), low blood pressure. Any disturbing symptoms must be reported to the doctor if they occur. Hydroxyzine in combination with Propranolol may result in reduced pressure, dizziness, fainting. Here, too, in case of disturbing symptoms, you should talk to your doctor. Nevertheless, these drugs can be used together. Depending on the time when you go to bed - Hydroxyzine is best taken about 30 minutes - 1 hour earlier. If it comes out at the time of use of Propranolol - please keep min. 15 minutes interval (Propranolol first - preferably with food, Hydroxyzine after 15 min) I invite you to familiarize yourself with interesting information about the use of drugs: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-stosowac-tabletki-i-kapsulki

Do@Xyz123: You can drink infusions of lemon balm and mint while using the drugs Propranolol and Paroxinor. No need to keep time intervals. You can use Prokit and Paroxinor together, but it is worth keeping about 2-3 hours between their administration. You received the answer to the question about the use of Prokit with Hydroxyzine here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/92576/czy-mozna-stosowac-magne-b6-z-prokitem-razem-oraz-hydroksyzyne-w I would not recommend using Gripex Max during a cold if you use all the previously mentioned medicines. I enclose helpful materials: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-mozna-laczyc-leki-ze-soba https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-przyjmowanie-kilku-lekow-jednoczesnie-jest-bezpieczne
Is it possible to drink lemon balm, mint when using Propranolol and Paroxinor? If so, at what interval? Do Paroxinor and Prokit interact? Can be used together? Hydroxyzine in syrup interacts with Prokit ? Is it possible to take Gripex or Gripex max during a cold?

Do@Xyz123: Yes, you can use Magne B6 and Apap with Paroxinor and Propranolol. You do not need to keep a specific time interval. Acatar spray and Mucosolvan can be used. Aspirin is not advisable. You did not specify which Gripex (Gripex Max, Gripex Hot, Gripex Duo, Gripex Control) - products under this name have different compositions.
When using Propranolol and Paroxinor can I use magne b6 ? Apap ? At what interval? What cold medicines can I use with Propranol and Paroxinor? Gripex, acatar spray, mucosolvan, aspirin?

The safest p/pain drug when using Propranolol and Paroxinor is paracetamol. It is good to keep a minimum of 30 minutes between the use of drugs. Aspirin derivatives - e.g. ibuprofen, naproxen - pose a risk of weakening the effect of Propranolol (increase in blood pressure), and in combination with Paroxinor the possibility of bleeding.
What painkillers can I use for Propranolol and Paroxinor? And in what time interval?
