Due to the lack of registered indications of hydrogen peroxide for sinus lavage, its interaction with other medicinal preparations has not been studied. The use of hydrogen peroxide to rinse the sinuses may cause irritation of the mucosa. However, the side effects of Pronasal include, m.in, irritation and burning of the nasal mucosa. The combined use of preparations may increase the risk of side effects. In the event of disturbing symptoms, I encourage you to consult a doctor again. In addition, in the event of side effects after the preparations used, I encourage you to report them. Reporting side effects allows you to increase control over medicines available on the market. I understand, and in general, are there any adverse reactions between hydrogen peroxide and the active substance of Pronasal that could be dangerous?
