Sirdalud may cause bradycardia (slow heartbeat). When measuring blood pressure, this is visible as a decrease in the heart rate. There may also be a significant reduction in blood pressure: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/71404/sirdalud-tabletki/apteki If the use of the drug causes you to excessively lower your heart rate, I encourage you to consult a doctor. You can also take advantage of the teleadvice offered m.in by the Gdziepolek.pl portal: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja I also encourage you to report the occurrence of side effects of the drug. Reporting side effects allows you to increase control over medicines available on the market. We wrote more about how and why to report side effects in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane
