Does psyllium from bread affect birth control pills?
Good morning! Can psyllium shells in the composition of bread (the second ingredient from the end) affect the action of Belara two-component contraceptive pills? A small amount of fiber from psyllium plantain contained in bread does not affect the action of tablets. Fiber is a commonly found nutrient and its moderate consumption does not affect the treatments. The protection was maintained - all the more so because about 3 hours had passed since the tablet was used.
