What if I take Elin that is not available abroad?

Hello, I have a question what if I take elin contraceptive pills and in a few months I move abroad where this drug is not available? The pills are OK so I don't want to change them. I will come to Polish once a year because of my work so my question is as follows, can the doctor prescribe me more packages for stock or what is the way out in this situation? The doctor can issue an e-prescription for 360 days of using the drug, but in the pharmacy you can receive a one-time amount of the drug for 180 days (one receipt or one visit to the pharmacy).
