Is a contraceptive implant more effective than two-component pills?

Is the contraceptive vaccine more effective than vibin mini pills (combined pills)? Unfortunately, I also sometimes take tablets with a 1-2 hour delay and smoke cigarettes

By means a contraceptive vaccine is it a contraceptive implant? The implant is more effective than contraceptive pills. Biphasic contraceptive pills have a Pearl index of 7.6. However, when using the implant, the indicator is 0.2. What does this mean? If the Pearl index for a particular method of contraception is 7.6, it means that statistically 7.6 women per 100 in one year become pregnant using a specific contraceptive method. That is, the smaller the value of the indicator, the more effective the method. Thanks to the implant, we do not have to remember about the time of taking the tablet, about interactions with food or medicines. Stomach problems (diarrhea, vomiting) also do not affect the absorption of the active substance. Implants additionally do not contain estrogens (some patients just have contraindications to the use of these hormones) only progestin.
