When can I resume training after treatment with Levoxa?

I have been using the antibiotic levoxa since 9 for cystitis. I heard from the doctor that you should refrain from training while taking this medicine. Could I resume training as soon as I finish this antibiotic? How much do I have to wait with physical activity after the end of treatment with this antibiotic.

The half-life of levofloxacin (the active substance of Levoxa) is 6-8 h. This means that after about 30-40 hours after taking the last dose of the drug, its concentration in the blood decreases practically to zero. After this time, it will be safe to resume training. When using Levoxa, it is recommended to refrain from physical training due to the possibility of e.g. damage to tendons or ligaments: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/43348/levoxa-tabletki-powlekane/apteki I encourage you to observe your body after resuming training. If you experience any disturbing symptoms (e.g. pain in tendons and ligaments), I encourage you to consult a doctor.
