I stopped taking Vines a few days ago and I have spotting. Is this normal? Do I need to go to the doctor?

If you have stopped using Vines by selecting a blister to the end and you have not started another one, then withdrawal bleeding should occur. After that, there should be no more midcyclic spotting - it would be expected that the physiological cycle will return.
