Is it normal for withdrawal bleeding to occur before taking the first placebo pill?

For over half a year I have been taking Vixpo contraceptive pills (always at 8 p.m.). Withdrawal bleeding always appeared with 3-4 white tablets, and sometimes 1 pink. In this cycle, bleeding occurred with 1 white tablet in the morning, so before I could take it, which surprised me because I planned to skip the placebo to extend my period. My question is, could it be the fault of a cold and fatigue? (two days earlier I was bleeding my nose intensively due to fatigue)

Yes, a cold and fatigue can affect withdrawal bleeding. The fact that the bleeding occurred 2 days earlier than usual should not be alarming, especially since it occurred on time - that is, on the day of taking the placebo tablets. Placebo tablets do not contain hormones, i.e. taking it is tantamount to not taking anything at all, so the fact that the bleeding occurred before taking the tablet does not matter here.
