The "I want to understand" campaign aims to convince people who have doubts about this form of prevention to vaccinate against COVID-19. Studies have shown that they result from insufficient accessible and understandable information about vaccines, which causes many people to feel afraid of vaccination. It was also found that not enough is said about difficult topics, such as rare but possible side effects of vaccines, for example. The campaign is not so much to encourage vaccination as to convey knowledge and factual arguments that will reach people who are not convinced to vaccinate.
