Good morning, Is it possible to switch from paracetamol to ibuprom with COVID-19 fever when taking Fevarin? Paracetamol does not cope.

The summary of product characteristics of Fevarin does not include Ibuprom as an interacting medicine - you can use an antipyretic if the temperature is high. It is worth taking medication with a time interval (2-3 hours).
