Hello. I take Qlaira tablets. Today at 9 o'clock in the morning I should have taken another 18 but I forgot. It's 4:30 p.m. Should I start a new packaging today. And should I now take another one at 4:30 p.m. or go back to 9:00 a.m. Thank you for your reply.

To @Beti: The entry in the leaflet refers to a situation where more than 12 hours have passed since the time when you usually take the medicine. However, if you have taken a tablet from a new blister - today please return to the 19th tablet from the previous package - you should take it at 9 or as soon as possible. Another 20th tomorrow around 9 and another morning.
I had already taken the tablet from the new blister at 18:10. Is now another tablet at 9:00 or at 18:10. On the leaflet I found information that if you missed the tablet you need to start a new blister. Only now I do not know whether to stick to 9:00 or 18:10

Please take the 18th blister tablet now. Since no more than 12 hours have passed since you usually take the tablet, the protection will be maintained and there is no need to take any additional action. The next - 19th tablet please take as usual, i.e. tomorrow at 9 am. For confirmation, I am sending an excerpt from the Qlaira Summary of Product Characteristics: "If less than 12 hours have passed since the set time of taking the tablet, the effectiveness of contraceptive protection is not reduced. The woman should take the missed tablet as soon as possible and then another at the set time."
