For @Kkasia: This combination can be used, but it should be borne in mind that there is an increased risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. Therefore, treatment with Migea should last as short as possible and should only be included if it is strictly necessary (e.g. when taking paracetamol does not bring the expected results).
And I wanted to ask if you can flash?
Thank you

Drugs such as Solpadeine and Efferalgan Codeine should not be combined with Sympramol. These preparations contain codeine, which in combination with opprimol - the active substance of Simpramol can cause, m.in, daytime sleepiness, dizziness, concentration disorders, difficulty assessing the situation and making decisions as well as performing the intended movements. A safe solution would be to use analgesics with paracetamol alone, without codeine. These products are available in pharmacies without a prescription, e.g. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/26254/efferalgan-tabletki-musujace/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/5684/apap-tabletki-powlekane/apteki If drugs with paracetamol alone are insufficient, NSAIDs can be used, e.g. with ibuprofen, ketoprofen - available without a prescription, m.in https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/37071/ibum-forte-kapsulki/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/95669/ketonal-active-kapsulki/apteki Treatment with preparations from the NSAID group should last as short as possible, as it increases the risk of bleeding from the gastrointestinal tract, especially in people with stomach ulcers or other diseases of the digestive tract.
I still wanted to ask because I take asertin 05 tablets in the morning and sympramol 1 evening if so you can?
