Since Monday I have been taking medications: Amotax, Metronidazole, Emanera, Ulcamed, I am bothered by side effects, is it normal?

Since Monday I have been taking the following medications: amotaxi, metronidazole, emanera, ulcamed and enterol to cure helicobacter pylori. Since Monday I have a lot of nausea, a metallic aftertaste in my mouth, a sore throat, chills, general fatigue. Are all these symptoms normal?

Symptoms such as nausea, metallic aftertaste, increased temperature, drowsiness fatigue are among the side effects of the listed drugs. They can occur with varying severity and frequency in patients. If side effects worsen, report this to your doctor.
