If I got my periods in the last week of using Orlifique active pills, should I skip the placebo?

Good evening, the second year I use orlifique tablets got menstruation in the last week of taking active pills. Should I start placebo pills now or start a new pack of active pills?

You should continue to take Orlifique tablets according to the scheme. When using birth control pills, there is no typical menstruation, and withdrawal bleeding, caused by a break in taking hormones (taking placebo pills or a break between subsequent packs of the drug). If bleeding occurs while taking active pills, it is called mid-cycle bleeding - a side effect that can occur not only at the beginning of using contraceptive pills, but also after a long time, e.g. as a result of illness or excessive stress. This is usually not a cause for concern. It also has no effect on the effectiveness of contraception.
