The decision should depend on whether heavy bleeding causes you any health consequences (e.g. anemia, poor blood test results, malaise, weakness) and on your acceptance of the discomfort associated with increased menstruation. If you do not accept severe bleeding, you think that the tablets in this way affect you negatively, and this would be additionally confirmed by possible tests - this is an indication to consider discontinuing or changing the drug. If the bleeding is indeed very severe, it is best to contact a gynecologist. When using Slinda, bleeding may become less intense over time. Unfortunately, the disadvantage of using Slinda is the occurrence of irregular bleeding from the genital tract when taking it. Bleeding may also not occur at all - this usually happens after a little longer time of admission.
