If the coating of the Orlifique tablet has dissolved on my tongue, can its effectiveness be reduced?
If I kept the Orlifiqe tablet on my tongue for about 20 seconds and the coating began to dissolve, will it affect the effectiveness? And in the situation described below, can the effectiveness be reduced?: Yesterday I had a problem with swallowing the tablet because the first time it was in my mouth and only the second time I swallowed it. Out of uncertainty about 10 minutes later I took an additional tablet. Is effectiveness maintained in this situation?

In the described situation, protection is preserved. Dissolving the tablet shell in the mouth does not affect its effectiveness, the drug worked properly. Orlifique should be taken at the same time of day (e.g. always in the morning or always in the evening) - there is no need to follow a specific time, so a 10-minute delay will also not affect the effectiveness of the therapy.
