To @Asia: If you have not had problems with elevated cholesterol levels before, it is very likely that the use of tablets disturbed the test result and hence the result outside the norm.
So choresterol as if it is normal only these tablets falsify the result?

For @Asia: Yes, the progestin contained in oral contraception reduces HDL cholesterol and increases LDL cholesterol and total cholesterol. Therefore, if your cholesterol levels were normal before contraception, it is highly likely that the use of contraception falsifies the test result.
And does drovelis raise choresterol?
I'm afraid that in a month it will be the same again unwilling to have menstruation for 2 weeks ...

For @Asia: All statin drugs can work this way. Bleeding may be caused by the concomitant use of Zahron. Contraception should be continued. If the situation repeats itself in 1-2 consecutive cycles, it may be worth discussing with your doctor changing the drug to cholesterol.
I was just wondering why I got my period and I'm at 13 labletce ... So what to do? Will any cholesterol drug work like this?

Zahron does not reduce the effectiveness of Drovelis contraceptive pills. Zahron may increase the effect of Drovelis tablets, which does not affect their effectiveness, but may increase the risk of side effects of tablets, e.g. cause mid-cycle bleeding, headache, acne or lower abdominal pain.
