What if I lose one active tablet of Vines?

Hello. I lost 24 tablets of Vines. Can I shorten? Take the 23rd and 24th day to start a placebo? And then the day I start the next package will change. It was Thursday it will be Wednesday. Is it better to take 23 and 24 immediately start a new package? And then continue normally as always 24 and 4 placebos. Regards:)

If you lose the last active tablet of Vines, you should: Take the active tablet from the spare Vines package (yellow) no matter on which day, because the composition of each active tablet is the same. On the following days, one placebo tablet (for 4 days). Then a new packaging. You can also take a placebo tablet from day 25 on day 24. Then the bleeding will occur a day earlier than planned. The whole cycle will be postponed by one day. Effectiveness will be maintained. According to the leaflet, contraceptive efficacy may be reduced if the yellow tablet is omitted just after the start of the new package, and not at its end.
