Changing your probiotic to Vivomixx is one of the options that can help, but maybe it would be more advisable to consult your pediatrician to change your milk if constipation is observed after the current one. There is a very large selection of modified milks for children on the market, also those dedicated to constipation problems (with the notes "comfort") - you will certainly be able to match the right ones. Crying and tensing can be associated with constipation and abdominal pain - you can massage the tummy with the whole hand clockwise, use warm compresses, e.g. using a hot water bottle made of cherry seeds. I also encourage you to visit a pediatric physiotherapist - he will assess the overall distribution of tension in the child.
