Will I have normal menstruation after taking the first Bonadea tablet or will it stop?
Good morning. I plan to take a bondenea pill on the 1st day of my menstrual cycle. The question is whether I will have my menstruation normally or will it stop?

Bonadea does not work by stopping menstruation, but some (not all) patients report that bleeding after starting the first contraceptive blister has an altered course. Some women experience a shorter than usual and less abundant period, while others experience a shorter period. After the end of the blister, within 7 days of the break there should be withdrawal bleeding, resembling menstruation. It usually occurs 2-3 days after taking the last tablet of Bonadea. Such bleeding may be different from the previous menstruation, because it is not physiological, but caused by a decrease in the concentration of hormones during a break in their use.
