Thank you for your reply. I can't contact my psychiatrist because he doesn't answer the phone. I have both drugs from her. First there was Elicea but after 3 weeks there was a sudden deterioration and I was left with pills. Now I feel the deterioration after symfaxin so I turned on Elicea myself. Unfortunately, I do not work and I cannot afford psychotherapy

Due to the fact that Symfaxin ER and Elicea Q-tabs are prescription drugs, please follow your doctor's instructions. Please also bear in mind that pharmacotherapy supports the treatment of difficulties in the area of psychological functioning, usually affecting only the symptoms. Proper treatment is psychotherapy, which deals with the causes and is designed to lead the patient to healthy functioning, also without the use of medications. If you have not undertaken (apart from taking medication) psychotherapy, I encourage you to make an appointment with an appropriate specialist.
