Is the effectiveness of contraception maintained if I have taken 2 Qlairy tablets in one day?

I take Qlaira tablets (system 28 tab.). Today I should take pill 4 from the package, but to my surprise it was gone. I do not remember whether yesterday I mistakenly took two, or today I have already accepted (I assumed the first option). I thought it would be less evil if I took pill 5 today than if I didn't take it. Anyway, it turned out that yesterday or today I took 2 tablets. Should I be concerned about the effectiveness of contraception?

If the pill has been taken for sure, the contraceptive effectiveness is preserved. Please note that in this case the contraceptive cycle has been postponed by 1 day.
