Does a flaxseed roll reduce the effectiveness of contraception?
A roll with flaxseed and contraception? Good morning. I take Vixpo birth control pills every day at 7.00 am. That was the case on Thursday, two hours later (around 9.00 a.m.) I ate a bun containing flaxseed for breakfast. I ate the second such roll for dinner around 20.00. Should I be afraid of reducing the effectiveness of contraception? I will be grateful for your reply.

Eating a roll with seed two hours after taking the tablet, and then in the evening should not have any effect.
