No, morphology is a study that shows the state of the whole organism, so it will not directly indicate that you have lung cancer. If you are at risk because of your age or job, screening tests such as chest imaging (e.g. by X-ray or computed tomography) and sputum Pap smear can help detect cancer at an early stage.
