Is it possible to get pregnant if I miss the Vines contraceptive pill in the first 7 days of using the drug?

Good morning. I have been taking Vines contraceptives for 3 months. Unfortunately, on 18.06 I forgot to take and it was the 6th day of the drug with hormones. Together with a partner, we do not protect ourselves. Today is the 3rd day of placebo and instead of withdrawal bleeding, there was spotting and nausea for a few days. Is this a cause for concern?

If intercourse has occurred during the 7 days preceding the missed tablet, the possibility of becoming pregnant should be considered. To maintain proper contraceptive effect, it is necessary to take 7 days of proper taking of pills. It should be taken into account that withdrawal bleeding usually begins 2-3 days after taking the last active tablet, however, this is not the rule and may even occur when withdrawal bleeding does not occur at all. If you suspect the possibility of pregnancy, you can perform a pregnancy test available in pharmacies, which will exclude or confirm your suspicions. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/test-ciazowy-jaki-wybrac-i-kiedy-zrobic I enclose additional information that may be helpful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-prawidlowo-stosowac-antykoncepcje https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/antykoncepcja-hormonalna
