Which pills have fewer side effects: Dessette Mono or Slinda?

I have to give up vibin mini tablets because of migraines with aura. The doctor offered me the drug slinda or dessette mono, could not advise me which would have fewer side effects for me gave me a choice? Since the active substance in slinda is the same as in vibin mini (drospirenone), is there a chance that I will have fewer side effects? The second question is when should I take a single-ingredient tablet, the day after the last vibin mini active tablet?

Unfortunately, but it is impossible to predict the side effects of drugs - each patient may react differently. I do not think that in the case of contraceptive pills it is more important that one of the active substances of the new pills is the same as in the previous ones. Both Slinda and Dessette Mono tablets may experience intermenstrual bleeding, which may stop over time. With Dessette Mono, irregular bleeding is more common. Single-component contraceptive pills should be started the day after taking the last active tablet of the previous two-component preparation. In this case, contraceptive protection will be preserved.
