Should I be concerned if there is scanty spotting instead of withdrawal bleeding?
Atywia daily placebo Is the matter worrying if before the first placebo tablet a slight spotting began and ended on the second or third day of the placebo? I've been taking pills for a year maybe and it hasn't happened yet to get a period before and end up on the second/third tablet.

One-time poor spotting on time or before the date of the expected withdrawal bleeding should not be of concern. If the situation will be repeated in subsequent cycles, then you can consult a gynecologist.
