If I run out of the last active tablet from the blister, should I take a 7 or 6 day break at the end?

I took two tablets one day through diarrhea, then I continued to take at a fixed time it will shorten by a day taking pills or do I normally take a break of 7 days or do I take a 6-day break?

You should take a 7-day break, including the day you run out of tablets. So you will start the new pack of tablets the day earlier than usual. The general rule is that no more than 7 days can pass between packages. However, the break can be shortened by any number of days - it should not be extended. Then the protection will be preserved.
