If you have previously tolerated the drug well, and the side effects occurred after about 3-4 months, do not stop treatment, and consult your psychiatrist as soon as possible. The specialist may recommend, for example, reducing the dose of the drug or adding a second drug to relieve the above-mentioned symptoms. In no case should therapy be interrupted on its own. I would also like to point out that in the case of diseases such as depression, etc. therapy with a psychologist or psychotherapist plays a key role. Pharmacotherapy (that is, taking medications) is only one of the components. Only the combination of patient-psychiatrist-psychologist cooperation can bring the appropriate therapeutic effect.
