How to change tablets from Vixpo to Vines?

How to change the contraceptive pill correctly? I am currently taking vixpo and I am changing to vines tablets. Should I take the first tablet after the last vixpo tablet continuously or after the last placebo tablet? What is the difference in admission? If I take a break for placebo pills, will the protection continue to be the same?

For @Karolina: Yes, skipping placebo tablets often leads to spotting and bleeding when taking active tablets in the next cycle.

Is there a higher risk of bleeding during active tablets if I skip placebo tablets?

Both taking the Vines tablet the next day after the last active Vixpo tablet and after the last placebo is normal and provides continued contraceptive protection. If you take a Vines tablet after the last placebo from the Vixpo blister, you will keep about the same days of bleeding. Taking the tablet earlier will cause you to postpone the day of starting the new blister. I enclose the leaflet Vines: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/81748/vines-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka
