Could I have ovulated if I recently took Microgynon tablets 3-5 hours later than usual?

I take the drug mycrogyon killa years, recently delays in taking tablets are from 3 to 5 hours. We will cooperate with the husband several times a day, and ejaculation occurs in the middle. I'm in the middle of the second package for 4 days I had diffuse spotting, plus pain in the lower abdomen and back. Could it be ovulation, which is the result of irregular taking of pills? Today's service was stretchy like an egg, but white, not colorless.

The observed symptoms are most likely not related to the onset of ovulation, but to the "dysregulation" of the body caused by taking tablets at equal hours. You are still protected because, as the manufacturer recommends, "the tablets should be used at about the same time of day". Therefore, there are no recommendations to follow a specific time. It is important that the delay is not more than 12 hours from the time when you usually use the tablets. Delays of 3-5 hours can cause symptoms such as spotting or mid-cycle bleeding, but the drug still works and you are protected.
