During sex, our condom broke. After a week, spotting appeared on the insert. Am I pregnant?

Hello, during sex we broke the condom. The husband came inside. About 1 hour I took an Escapelle tablet. I do not know if during the above-mentioned intercourse I was after ovulation or before. Today, i.e. after a week, I noticed a small dark spotting on the insole and pains in the lower abdomen. Does that mean I'm 100% pregnant. I read that these are perhaps symptoms of implantation.

Implant spotting occurs in about 15-25% of women, so in your case it is not unambiguous, especially since you took the Escapelle tablet in a short time after intercourse.
