Since when does the contraceptive pill have a contraceptive effect if I took the first pill in the package against the rules? In this case, 15 tablets were taken, i.e. not the whole package of 21 tablets, then 7 days break and now I started a new package

I don't really understand why you used only 15 tablets. In order to maintain effectiveness, one tablet should be used for 21 days at about the same time of day, then take a 7-day break and then start a new package. The indication of the days of the week on the packaging is only indicative and is intended to prevent mistakes in the dosage of the drug. If you started taking the tablets, e.g. from the inside of the blister and you reached the end of the blister, you should go back to the beginning and finish the packaging. If you have any doubts, please consult a gynecologist again. You may not have fully understood the issue related to the dosage of the drug.
