Can I experience painful and prolonged menstruation when I take Vines continuously?

From 5.04 I take Vines tablets after switching from Belara. I want to take them continuously - a few days ago I started the third package, but before that there was bleeding, which at this point is already on the 9th day. It is not abundant, but from time to time I am bothered by strong cramps, almost as with the period, I had to take painkillers (I limit myself to one tablet a day). Should I go for a consultation or are these normal symptoms? Thank you in advance for your reply!

What does it mean if you want to use Vines continuously? The correct use of Vines consists of taking 24 active tablets, followed by 4 placebo tablets. Immediately after the placebo tablets, a new pack should be started. In exceptional situations, it is possible to combine two packs of active tablets to then use 4 placebo tablets. Spotting or bleeding may occur during the combination of the packages during the second package. As a standard, bleeding should occur on the 2nd or 3rd day of using placebo tablets: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/81748/vines-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka/195614 Starting to use hormonal contraception or changing the preparation used may cause irregular spotting or bleeding for the first few packs of the preparation used. Usually the adaptation period lasts 3-6 months. One of the common side effects reported with Vines is dysmenorrhea. In the event that the pain persists or intensifies, and the bleeding does not subside, I encourage you to consult a gynecologist. I also encourage you to report the occurrence of an adverse reaction of the drug. Reporting side effects allows you to increase control over medicines available on the market. We wrote more about how and why to report side effects in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane I encourage you to read our material about spotting and bleeding when using hormonal contraception:
