Can I be pregnant if, after unprotected intercourse, I took the pill the day after, but I did not get my planned menstruation?

I had my last menstrual period from 24.04 to 29.04 intercourse on 03.05 without protection I will add that I also took the pill the day after within 22 hours of intercourse. After 5 days I got bleeding lasted about 5 days. My period is already 7 days late. Can I be pregnant? I've had zgage for a long time today my breasts started to hurt. I also did a pregnancy test and it's negative.

According to the available information, taking emergency contraception within 22 hours of intercourse shows high effectiveness in preventing pregnancy. However, it is worth remembering that this method is not 100% effective, so there is a small risk of getting pregnant. After taking the tablet after, bleeding unrelated to menstruation may occur, and the next menstruation may be delayed. However, in a situation where this delay exceeds 7 days, it would be necessary to perform a pregnancy test, test the concentration of chorionic gonadotropin (beta hcg) in a laboratory test and go to the gynecologist to confirm or exclude pregnancy.
