Hello, I have a question about mucus before the so-called withdrawal bleeding (when taking contraception) is it the same as mucus, which occurs naturally before menstruation (without taking pills)? Is it white and has the consistency of hand creams? I have the impression that I confuse it with an infection :( Best regards

Mucus may take on different appearance/consistency when taking birth control pills and may vary from patient to patient. If you are not accompanied by other symptoms that indicate infection, it is probably your physiological, normal mucus. Bleeding is expected to occur in a week, for several days it was creamy, and today it is watery, white-yellow in color. Behind the appearance of mucus, there are no other ailments that indicate infection.
