According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, palpitations are one of the common side effects of Asertin: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/7640/asertin-50-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka/89115 Side effects depend on the dose and often disappear later in treatment. If recently the doctor recommends an increase in the dose, the appearance of palpitations may be associated with it. I also encourage you to report the occurrence of side effects of the preparation. Reporting side effects increases control over commercially available medicines.
