The use of Ketonal when using the above-mentioned drugs is not indicated due to the risk of drug interactions. There may be an excessive decrease in blood pressure or blood glucose levels, which may be a threat to the health and life of the patient. Based on the above drugs, it can be concluded that one of the concomitant pathologies is hypertension. Therefore, the safest drug in the treatment of colds will be paracetamol, more precisely, preparations containing only this active substance (not complex preparations).
