Hello. After more than a year of using "Pinda", is it possible to completely no withdrawal bleeding? Previously, spotting appeared with placebo tablets. I take pills regularly, I have not missed any of them I do not use any drugs or supplements that could affect the effectiveness of hormonal contraception. I had my last spotting with placebo pills in March. In April and May, withdrawal bleeding did not appear at all

The disadvantage of using Slinda is the occurrence of irregular bleeding from the genital tract when taking it. Bleeding may also not occur at all. At the same time, the documentation of the drug informs that "If vaginal bleeding does not occur during treatment, it may be necessary to perform a pregnancy test if the tablets were not used in accordance with the instructions." No withdrawal bleeding is more likely to occur after a longer period of use of the tablets. Withdrawal bleeding (defined as bleeding that begins within 4 days with placebo Slinda tablets and lasts up to 8 consecutive days) was most common in the first cycles. After 9 months of tablet use, withdrawal bleeding was reported in less than 20% of women using Slinda.
