What can be the cause of brown spotting at Vines?

I have been using vines 24+4 birth control pills for almost a year now and recently I started to stain brown, my stomach does not hurt, etc. I stained so three days later two days it was normal and again stained brown. What could be causing this? I will add that I take the tablets every day at a fixed time not once forgot

The appearance of mid-cycle spotting after a long period of trouble-free use of contraceptive pills is an indication for contact with a gynecologist. Without a physical examination, it is impossible to clearly determine what may be the cause. Spotting or bleeding during the cycle may be the result of the action of the hormones themselves from the tablet, which make the blood vessels of the endometrium more fragile. Changes in the genital organs such as ectopia (when the epithelium from the cervical canal moves to its disc) or erosion (cervical epithelial defect), polyps, atrophic changes in the vaginal epithelium, pathologies within the endometrium (e.g. fibroids) are also possible. Spotting or bleeding does not mean that something bad is definitely happening, but it is an indication to contact a doctor to exclude the causes of the disease.
