If after taking the Ovulan pill I vomited, but took an additional pill, is contraceptive protection preserved?

I have been taking ovulan for a long time. Yesterday I took at 22 after 23 there was a one-time vomiting at 4.50 I took an extra tablet from a spare blister and the next one now I will take normally. Am I protected in this situation or should I additionally protect myself and if so, for how long.
