Can I eat a large amount of vegetables and fruits on a daily basis if I take Yasminelle?

Good morning, I have been taking anti-Yasminelle tablets for about two months, can I eat a large amount of vegetables and fruits on a daily basis? Where haven't I taken too much of them before? Because I wanted to start eating more vegetables and fruits. And does any alcoholic drinks like mojito etc have an impact on effectiveness? When I take the tablets at 22.00 and drink alcohol before taking the tablet

For @Aleksandraz: Alcohol consumption in an amount that does not cause gastric problems does not affect the effectiveness of contraceptive pills. Similarly, eating vegetables and fruits, as long as it does not cause vomiting and acute diarrhea, is not contraindicated when using contraceptive pills.

And if there are no gastric problems after more vegetables or fruits, is it okay too? And can I eat a lot of them?

There are no contraindications to eat vegetables and fruits when taking Yasminelle. However, if you ate very little of them, I suggest increasing the amount gradually, so as not to cause gastric disorders, for example, diarrhea. Diarrhea, like vomiting, can affect the effectiveness of the tablet if it is impaired in its absorption from the gastrointestinal tract. Alcohol in itself does not reduce the effectiveness of birth control pills. However, you should not drink it with medicines - water is suitable. Alcohol contained m.in in alcoholic drinks can have a detrimental effect if it leads to vomiting or diarrhea, because such gastric disorders - as already mentioned - can weaken absorption and disrupt the action of the tablet. Drinking alcohol can also be conducive to forgetting to take the pill. in the event that I drink a mojito or other drink based on alcohol, but about an hour or two before taking the anti-tablet - that is, I will drink until 8 p.m. and at 10 p.m. I take a tablet
