Can ellaOne delay menstruation and cause pain in the lower abdomen?

Hi two weeks ago I took a tablet day ,,po,,ellaone,14.05 I should get a period but instead hurts my lower abdomen and stinging ovary for 4 days ... is it possible that it is pregnancy or side effects after the tablet?

The ellaOne tablet can cause a delay in menstruation and pain in the lower abdomen, but if the delay is longer than 7 days, it is worth taking a pregnancy test to certainly exclude pregnancy.
