Can I take zzzQuil Natura before sleeping if it has melatonin in its composition?

Drovelis and drugs that facilitate falling asleep. Hello, recently I have a problem with sleep. I bought myself in the pharmacy vicks zzzQuil nature jelly beans. Can I take such a supplement before sleeping if it contains melatonin? Can I take melatonin while using oral contraception?

There is no information that melatonin interacts with the components of birth control pills. Vicks ZzzQuil Natura should be used in the amount of 1 jelly in the evening, about 30 minutes before bedtime.
