What can be caused by bleeding inside the Vixpo blister?

I have been using Vixpo birth control pills since November 2021. There has been no bleeding between periods until now. I got bleeding today and the month ended on 29.04. What could be the cause of this?

Mid-cycle bleeding can have many causes. You may have had an infection recently or experienced severe stress. If you use the tablets regularly, you do not take other drugs that may weaken their effectiveness - a single bleeding in the middle of the blister should not worry. Protection is maintained and therapy should be continued. If the situation will also be repeated in subsequent cycles or bleeding will be accompanied by other disturbing symptoms (abdominal pain, fever, weakness), only then it is worth consulting a gynecologist who will determine the further course of action.
